Battle for Sharandar bug?

While fighting through Witch Fen I picked up 9 Darkfey Crystals and yet I'm still showing as 0/3 on the quest. Surely they should either count when picked up there or not drop in there?

    Same thing 5 Fey Crystals dropped in Witch's den and the quest did not see them. This happens in other places, Any place that is a instance type (the Battle for Sharandar quest not showing) then it does not update. The quest should look in your inventory to see if they are there or not.

    same here plus I have about 3 other quest that are bugged also
