Unable to log in

After being able to log in to the game and experience the continued crashes, I am now not able to log in at all.

Previously i was in the Tower District and crashed about 4 times. Since the last crash, I can not even get into the game. I enter my information, hit "play" and as soon as the Cryptic logo appears my game crashes. I have not been able to make any progress since.

    Same here, once i hit play the game crashes, ffs pls sort out this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, first we crash in game now we cant even log into the game

    tried reinstalling and verifying but still crashes

    Have submitted at least 10 crash reports but still nothing, also i notice no one from PE has replied with an answer, sorry excuse

    I was able to get into game finally after restarting the computer. Once in game i switched to DirectX9 instead of DX11, restarted the game and have been ok since then.

    Hope that may be of help to you or anyone else having this issue. Its definitely a pain. What really sucks is that im trying to convince my wife to play as well, but seeing all of these crashes and stuff is not helping my cause.

    lol same here. I don't know what is the applicable resolution for this? I just wanna play it now!

    When I click "Play Button" the NM tab will appear but cannot be able to open it, and this will not process the game, I just wait for about 30-45 minutes to appear the NM window but did not work! Please help?
