Hello there,

Yesterday evening, I was grouped with a friend in Protector's Enclave, then someone from my friend list seemed to have automatically join said group without me inviting him (I was party leader).

How is that possible ?

Thank you,
Kela

Shouldn't be possible. Is it possible he "requested to join party" and you accidentally accepted the request?

I don't think so, but then I am not 100% sure either. To me it just seemed he appeared out of thin air, the friend I was partying with just told me something like "dude, who's that guy you just invited ?"

I didn't know there was a request to join party either actually.

    Anyway, thanks for the reply.

ok for those noobs like me who d wonder, here s the trick :)

when you are party leader, right click your portrait, there s an option about joining request and how you want to handle em, you can choose between :

    always accept
    always deny
    always ask

guess it s always accept by default then.

    have funz

This works even if the person is Ignored!

Why is it "Always Allow" instead of "Always Ask" by default too?

Really, had to go hunt down to find this answer. Couldn't figure out how someone joined without asking. Bad design IMO. It should be Always Ask as a default.
