cannot download after installing arc

Help!!
After more then 50 times crashing I deleted the game and wanted to go for fresh download.
Where is the normal way for a download??
I did install arc and now arc itself is not even capable of installing the game and says every time again and again check your internet.
There is nothing wrong with my internet!!!!!! only arc seems to have problems with my internet!!
help please getting tired of crashing and now not even able to download the game.
how to fix this /how to download the game????

    I 100 and 10% agree with you. Me and my wife wanted to check this game out after watching some vids of it. Not just on my pc, but on hers as well we get "Connection interrupted, Please check your connection. You would think this would be a BIG issue and there would be at the least an in-depth walk around. As it stands they are losing players....BEFORE THEY EVEN PLAY THE GAME! My wife got PO'd and is content continuing to play Aion. Her words not mine, "There is no download issuses, and my big 4.0 update was TRULY f2p unlike the $60 I see I will need for these packs or what ever I am looking at on their site".

    I on the other hand will give a look at this thread through out the day. I understand stuff happens and this might be only happening today. As for the $60 bucks rant, lol, she is frustrated. This game might make it worth it to spend the money....that is if we can download it lol.

    having the same issue here. I also noticed this "Error -105 when loading url http://arc01.perfectworld.com/clientgameinfo3/?game=nw" on my games tab, hopefully someone will understand what this problem is and fix it soon

    I have uninstalled Arc/rebooted/re-installed = No go
    I have uninstalled Arc (again)/rebooted/turned off firewall & anti-virus/re-installed Arc(again) = Still a no go on the download.

    Does anyone know if this is an isolated incident or has this been on going? I will be honest, today is the first time I have even watched a video of the game or came to these forums so I have no clue.

    Anyone find a fix yet? Trying to install this 50 miles from home on my moms laptop. I managed to install Arc but after that all I get is "Error 105 when loading url http://arc01.perfectworld.com/clientgameinfo3/?game=nw"

    I too am getting error 105. Any known fixes yet for the download?

    I come with a fix! I found the polish website, it has yet to convert to the ARC method.

    http://nw.pl.perfectworld.eu/download

    Go there then click the link on the page. You can translate the page if you don't understand it.

    As of this moments I am almost done installing the game. I assume there won't be any issue but will update when I find out.

    EDIT: I can officially confirm this works as of 16:50 GMT -8 Aug/26/2013

    I too just found a fix, I believe. Currently downloading it, I will let you all know if it works from that link as well.

    I can confirm that this link works as well.

    arc downloader is currently not working for neverwinter...

    Great job maveross! I will hold off a bit to hear what cao4 reports before I decide which link to try myself.

    In the meantime I am just baffled why I have not seen an official comment from PW in this, or any other thread concerning this issue. We have new players trying to figure this out on our own. Although this is great and makes me feel good, if I get to get in game and become a part of this community, but on the other hand I would hate for us to find a fix on our own that complicates things further down the line in the future.

    Again, great job and looking out for your fellow players maveross & cao4. I wait in anticipation for your results cao4.

    I was having the same issue. I'm glad I stumbled across this thread while frantically searching for a fix. Thanks maveross and cao4 for the links. I'm trying maveross's link and it seems to be installing/patching just fine. Hope to see you guys in game one day (though we'd never know it). :D

    This has all been so frustrating. Thank you to this forum. At least I'll be able to finally try the game. Both methods seem to work, but it has to patch each time. Is there a way to install the updated version with a launcher shortcut?

    That would be nice, but I don't think so. I am giving cao4's link a run and I am at 50% patching. So far so good. Hope it continues into the game.

    The bugg on download is fixed, I am now downloading in the new installed arc and its working again:cool:

    I had that problem too. I was trying to load it from the front page list. same error message
    went to games and installed from there(still on arc) and it installed.
    and even lets me login now

    I downloaded the link and Cao4 are downloading
    just do not know if it's time to play will work.

    were is the that dang download for the game i have arc i just got a new computer and it only shows the link for arc!!

    WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!
    so all i want to do is play jade dynasty & its taking me to this arc website, ive tried to download it, it takes a whole of 15 seconds to downlaod this 'arc' and my computer is saying that its not in the system. virus detected, application deleted.
    so i cant even play it, i have so many high level characters, and cant get access to them because of my new pc.
    if anyone can help that would be amazing

    i can understand your frustration but first you must know that this is the neverwinter forums, not the jade dynasty forums.
