Fix the Crashes, I am now starting to get VERY annoyed

Ok so I have given it a few days, a patch, to get your crashes under control and yet still I crash whereas before I NEVER EVER crashed.

Now go to your billing department and ask them to tell you how much I've spent on your game then PLEASE hire yourself a good dev to fix it. It is NOT my computer it NEVER happened until the major update.

    And I just now updated my driver and did a clean driver install plus am having the file check done, will post if it fixed it but somehow I doubt it as the DX11 thing did not fix it nor did any other 'trick' I was told to try. Thank you.

    You've spent between $60,000-100,000 USD on Neverwinter? If not then asking them to hire a "good" Dev is just entitlement speaking and you have no weight.

    If you have spent $60k+ on your NW account then you have a serious issue and should seek counseling.

    Oh sure defend cryptic when this patch has clearly been a big mess up. I'm still enjoying it but I do get crashes too and it is very annoying. They DO need to fix the issues.

    Along with regular nerfs, the crashes weren't implemented to make T2 dungeons harder. Crash rate seems higher at final bosses.

    Well the patch does mention crash fixes, so hopefully I experience them not at all or at least crash less frequently. I've crashed once in a mob fight in Malabogs, some times whilst crashing, other times whilst being alt+tabbed (not straight away) with no obvious cause.

    DKCandy that is not what I meant....what I meant was, not a person getting game for free but someone who is actually paying into the game to have it run well. Obviously what I have spent is not going to pay the salary.

    To everyone else, I think the beta driver might have fixed it I will know in a couple hours.

    And of ALL PEOPLE trust me I don't have entitlement anything so go play Scroto Baggins (and don't add to my feeling of want to kick my computer k, thanks, oh right the counseling should help that)

    I'm giving it more time, however, patched and logged into game - crashed to desktop while checking mail. So I'm guessing still an issue.

    whitewolf I don't know what video card you have but I went to Nvidia and updated to a beta driver and then when I entered the game had it check all files. I am hoping it worked as I had to log out just now but in a half hour I did not have a crash, pre beta driver I had one constantly.....so we will see. Since not every person is having it, it must be something like that....just a guess.

    Well my original post was after like crashing 10x in an hour....I am pretty patient on this stuff usually but its been going on since the update and I was really hopeful the patch would fix it. If the beta driver I just installed fixed it I will post later as I won't know until I have played a couple hours in a row. If so then it IS my end and they need to just strongly advise people to update drivers before getting too bent out of shape. Then test it for a few hours. I will update as soon as I see I don't crash for over an hour.

    I crashed even when I was AFK earlier, it's just stupid now.

    Yea I had crashed like 3x when afk and also then every time I'd start playing!! Very frustrating.

    Just an Update, since I updated to BETA Nvidia driver for my Video card NO MORE crashes however I have artifacts (squares say when an inferno mount gets mounted instead of fire I have blocks of orange). Did not ever see anything like this before the update. It has gotten worse with the patch this morning but I can tolerate the blocks of color, the crashes are solved for now anyway.....with a beta driver update so if you have an Nvidia card consider this and also make sure to have the updater do a full file check before logging back in, I did a clean driver install.

    I've had some other weird graphical glitches too....not seeing y character, seeing her weapon only, getting stuck casting through a rock and there is one bug I tried to report that i wont post here. I will try to report it again tomorrow.

    I never crashed until I updated the Fay patch. I tried several fixes and nothing works. Next step is resetting defaults, but I didnt change them that much. If if keeps up, I cannot see investing more time or affort into this.

    I have HP windows 7 with Nvidia 340.52 so I envy you guys being able to enter the game. I crash prior to the character page loading. Cryptic tells me to verify the files, I verfiy the files and it crashes. I have no problems with STO, WOW, Age of Conan or Wizard 101. I can stream TV and Watch Anime that I have downloaded. Neverwinter, however, crashes.
