Here are screenshots taken of my HOGWF before and after the Feywilde patch. What in the heck happened to my blonde hair?

Maybe that's dried blood from one of the dungeons. Wash your hair then show us.

My graphics are set at maximum. I don't think the facial structure is quite the same either.
    What? Me worry?

Look in your advanced graphics settings - that looks like shading detail is turned down (happened to a lot of people in the patch)

I cant imagine any graphical setting would change light blonde to brown.

It is hard to tell if the face changed from the angle of the second shot.

It also looks to have been altered around the Face and Body. Specifically, it seems to have been made to look more "feminine", with the harsher lines softened a bit and the figure a bit more rounded. It may only be the fit of the armour and the angle of the head, however. The hands also seem a bit smaller with less pronounced knuckles and musculature.

Aye, it's the shader. The new patch also included new graphics stuff and that reset your default shader to something like 'low' or 'none'. They botched it though, so now it crashes on both directx9 and 11.

But put the shader on mid or high and your toon should look okay again. It's under the 'advanced settings' in the Video tab.
