The "why" behind PWE billing. Can we get an explanation at the very least.

I'm not here to *****, this time ;). I'm simply asking for some open dialogue. Can we get an explanation as to why there are only two payment options for packs such as Knight of The Feywild, etc? Pay Pay simply does not work for a LOT of people. Skrill is not available to certain people. As for myself, it's due to living in Illinois. I've brought this up before and I'm not looking to argue about in this forum.

So, knowing that customers have serious issues with purchasing products via these services, let's move on.

How do we get around such problems? Well, the obvious answer is to offer other methods. You already have the other methods at your disposal. I'm able to charge Zen, great. However, the packs aren't available via the market. So I can't buy them there. So why not offer simple payment methods for the packs as well? Why not have the packs in the market?

Do you understand why this is so frustrating?

I'm posting this here because I'm not looking for a solution here. I'm asking for the solution is CS Billing forum. I'm simply asking for an explanation. If you have one, this is where the most amount of people will see it quickly.

By the way, I am going to do my due diligence and fill out a CS ticket. Basically so no one can say I didn't. However, I know is won't fix anything because this is a systemic issue. I've searched about this issue and it most certainly is not just myself having these problems and the problems have persisted for some time.

And yes, I do understand that there are a lot of people busting their asses over at PWE and I respect that. I would just like a simple explanation. Even if someone would take the time to tell us that the issues are not high the priority list right now. It would be something.

Sincerely,
David

    David,

Take it as a sign from god and save your money. If you are a new player the pack will have some benefit to you, but there are cheaper ways to get the same benefits. If you are not a new player then the pack is pretty much a waste.

Cheaper options....but any mount from Zen store and get the IGN cleric companion (http://www.ign.com/prime/promo/neverwinter). You get an account companion and mount this way and can spend the extra cash on AD exchange. You will end up with a lot more AD this way.

I don't see why the packs are only purchaseable with PP or Skrill either. Most online stores at least let you use a card directly.

To add to the reason why the packs aren't available on the zen market, it's because they don't want people getting them for free by exchanging AD for zen.

You can't use a credit card for pack purchases? didn't know that. seems illogical lol.

And Skirll charges a fee for using their services. So we are screwed.

I have never even heard of skrill and I don't have a paypal account. If I were interested in the pack and would have otherwise purchased it this would have stopped me to be honest. Unicorn and elf race really aren't my thing, but if I was interested in the pack why is my credit card good enough for zen purchases but not pack purchases? Really doesn't make sense.

Can't you jus pay through PayPal with your credit card without making a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal account (All tho paying with out an account requires an email address and 100% correct information and it does secretly attach your card to that email and create an unofficial account BUT what's so bad about paypal really they are secure and you don't need to give PWE your credit card I MUCH MUCH more trust PayPal with my card info than PWE as PayPal has not only my info to protect but the 100,000's of ebay customers/businesses and none ebay related business accounts that use said service and the server is fast and efficient providing you don't do bank transfers (5-10 day wait for money transfers both ways so close but still safe)

I mean unless you purposely tarnished your name with paypal by doing some scam and got your account locked with your credit card still attached then that's your own fault... just call your credit card company up and say that the numbers been stolen and want a new number voila new card number new paypal account don't do bad things on this one. :P
