Initiate vs Mercenary

I seem have more trouble taking down a Initiate in Neverdeath cemetery over the Mercenary.

The Mercs have slower attacks that I can dodge and they are manageable but when a Initiate gets
in close I can't avoid their fast, constant attacks.

Perhaps they need to be adjusted?

    What class do you play? Sometimes just figuring out the right strategy for your class helps with specific enemy types.

    Cleric at level 25. Perhaps other classes can avoid the Initiates high dps?
