Zone loading hangs

This is probably the worst bug I've encountered since yesterday's patch (beside all the crashes). When changing zones (entering a dungeon, leaving PE for another zone, etc), the progress bar sometimes stops mid-way or at the end, and just leaves me hanging looking at the loading screen. The random messages at the bottom of the screen keep changing, so the game process is still running. It just doesn't finish loading the new area.
