How else do you progress?

After doing the dailies and completing the solo-dungeon once, I have tried it again and have been unable to progress anymore since the dungeon does not give me any "Feywild Spark" anymore.

Is there another method or is this a bug?

Yo need to go to the npc that tells you to use the campain system, you plant a seed(20hrs), then come back, sometimes the npc bugs, so you need to drop the quest and talk to her again, after that you will get another quest, and several other from npcs so you can get feywild spark and plant another seed or do other stuff with them.

I did my dailies yesterday and got the sparks needed for one planting. Fine, good I progress a miniscule amount.

Today none of the dailies that were on offer rewarded the sparks. Poor design choice to spin out a games longevity.

Why bother doing dailies when they don't offer anything towards the progression of the zone. It takes maybe 30 minutes tops to get them done and then what passes for new content is gated meaning I have to wait another 24hours before seeing if I get shafted again.

At this rate the dungeon will be effectively locked out by the time I open it due to the idiots that think gearscore actually equates to anything useful. Meaning all this new zone has for me is the option to grind for vendor epics that have less than desirable stats on.

There is only one daily quest that gives feywild sparks in the begining. There is also one weekly quest. These are both offered by the same NPC standing in the new sharandar town. She is right in front of the pool of water with the big tree coming out of it in the center.
