600,000 ad?

I've gone through the forum but must have missed the thread, there are 2 of us here that each bought a pack with the 600k AD, and neither of us can find them. Checked mail box where my companion, Unicorn, garb etc were... no AD, went to claims agent and there was a box that I could claim, but it had the garb and just said "you already have this" heh guess I don't get extras... but still no AD.

Is there something else I'm supposed to do? has anyone else (other then my rm) had this problem?

help :)

Submit a ticket, you got lucky!

Just make sure you checked absolutely everywhere.

I have made a few posts warning prospective buyers about this but they only get deleted.

The AD is found from one of the buttons at the top of your screen in game. Its a red "Z" - click on that & look to the bottom of the tab.

    From the wiki:

"The Astral Diamonds must be claimed via a "Promo Prize" Claim button near the bottom of the Astral Diamond Exchange interface."

    source

EDIT: If you still haven't gotten them after going through all of the measures to find them here, submit a support ticket. You'll likely get a faster response that way then posting on the forums.

What the rest of the posters said. Your 600K AD can be found in the AD/ZEN exchange.

Cryptic needs to include this information in the Confirmation Email sent after purchasing these packs. I can't count how many post's I've read where players are completely lost on where to pick up zen or ad.

They should, honestly. I fully support that as a QoL boost to people that buy those packs, as this seems to happene every single time they release one. Clearly necessary!

Take care with how you claim these AD. Unless something has changed, if you claim all of them on a given character you can't divvy them up among your other characters. Claim what each character needs/wants separately. If you do wind up claiming all on a single character and that's not what you want, there is a workaround, but it's a bit of a song and dance and you wind up losing some since it involves using the AD/Zen exchange or the AH, I'm not sure which. And, my apologies, but someone else will need to provide you the exact procedure, since I don't really remember exactly what it entails.

You can post AD for sale at a price that no one would ever sell Zen for, (like 50 AD per Zen), then switch characters and cancel the offer, thus claiming the AD you posted previously, without losing anything.

Ahhh! Thank you for stepping into the breach, Bioshrike! :) And also good news on not losing anything ... I had thought otherwise.

it would be nice if this information was provided up front. as a new player, when i got my guardian pack, i wasn't schooled in the ways of the zen exchange. alas... old age and treachery always overcomes youth and skill. ;)

I agree, melodywhr, I do think that the powers that be should be making a point of making this kind of information more available, transparent, and up-front. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have occurred to them. The only reason that I know about it is that I read about it on these forums (I haven't as yet claimed any of my AD).
