If I have 24% Resistance Ignore (2540 Armor Penetration) + 450*3 Defense Steal (High Vizier Set) + 10%*3 or 15%*3 (Plaguefire Enchancement), will they all stack? Or should I just get rid of my arpen and just go ahead with the redux provided by the items?

Thanks!

they stack. AP is applied first, then debuffs. you can take mob resistance into negative numbers

1% ignored damage resistance is 1% more damage right?

That's how I interpret it. That why stopping at 20% (which seems to be the average for most characters) is good. Because once all the Def is gone, you stop doing more damage. So, if a power does 1000 damage and someone has 20% def then they take 800. Once you bypass that defense you're stuck at only doing 1000 damage.

G.Plaguefire is now only 3% damage increase. Mitigation redice no longer stacks.

Damage resistance can be negative, so after armpen cap any debuff, reducing damage resistance, will increase you damage in same percentage.
