So, I bought the Feywild Starter Pack and my friend bought the Knight of the Feywild pack. Neither of us can find out packs anywhere. In the FAQs it says the KotF pack comes in the mail and my FS Pack I get from the Rewards Claims Agent. I've checked both my mail and the Agent I can't find anything. Everything in the rewards claim agent says I need to buy the pack before I can claim the items.
Before anyone asks, no I have not claimed anything from the pack on any character yet and yes I double checked my purchase history to make sure I actually did buy it and it was completed. Also, yes I am waaaaay past the tutorial.

My brother and I both bought ours and his wasn't received. Fortunately we both were checking out the preview shard, and the ticket he submitted was resolved before the x-pack hit the live server (a matter of a few days).
So, another issue of reported malfunctions that made it through preview to live, but at least I can assure you that the billing department is quick to amend these mistakes.
The support is not responding.
For 50 € that is sad.

That's strange, I got a reply within 24 hours and they manually applied it on my account.
If you filed it within the last day or so expect a slower response.
There are a lot of tickets which get submitted after big updates and the weekends are a slow time for responses even at the best of times.
Over 24 Hours. Support is still not answered.
