Blue Items from Feywild Area Say "Salvageable"

Received some blue items in Feywild areas that state "salvageable" in the description, but unable to salvage in the market. Is there a trader in Sharandar to salvage them or is this an error?

    That would be nice, since blue items automatically bound to you are pretty useless when they're not for your class. Or if you already have purple gear.
