Cryptic cant send tells, no Dx11 client both are broken?

Urgent Cryptic,

Cant send tells when you try to send a tell, it says you need over level 15 on account or to have bought a founders pack or have transferred zen to Neverwinter.

I have a guardian pack, founders pack, 2 level 60s on account, have transferred zen to neverwinter.

So not only have done the 1 that is required but have all 3 done.

Next issue is Cryptic you used to be to select DX11 client under options under trouble shooting, now its gone, so I am assumeing we are forced to use sucky DX9 graphics instead of Dx11 graphics?

Cryptic please help!

    Are you saying u can't run the game in DX11 after the patch, because that works fine for me.

    The option has moved. It's not longer under Troubleshooting. It's the very first thing on the Video tab.
