Anyone else have to cast Icy Rays a 3rd time after the second mark fires to get it to start the cool down?
I'm seeing it intermittently. Mashing the cast button seems to exacerbate both the cast animation and getting the cooldown timer to display on the icon.
This would be a good thing to make a thread about in the bug forums.
EDIT: To clarify, the spell actually is cooling down. Tested by casting, seeing the timer not pop up, counting to 15, then casting again with no issue. Trying again before the cooldown is ready will get the timer displayed with however much time is left before Icy Rays are ready to cast again.
Yes..this skill is bugged like hell.lagg depended to.
Skill says : first cast puts a rune on target. ( it works..instant rune mark on target)
Now the nightmare beggins..it takes me up to 3-4 seconds (3-4 pressing like mad the farting button) until finaly Icy Ray decide's to put the 2nd Hit on target and activate the stun/freaze debuff)
Try this on PVP.....failds Nonstop.
Can Dev's be so nice and just make this skill Instant ??No second rune..no nothing..Just Instant .
This is a very lagg depending skill and bugged.
Always on the 2nd hit..the most important..it failds to activate..and my Wizard just move his hand like visual working..but efects not.
And finaly after i menage to activate it..is to late
100% to late.

Tested yesterday for a long time on dummies, and found out that Icy rays sometimes(like 50% of the time) deal half of the damage to the target(like marked only once) that was marked twice and should recieve double hit. Did not tested it on other targets, hoping that only applies to dummies. Sometimes helped to swap in and out Icy rays from power slots.
Can anyone confirm?

I haven't tested it but I have noticed that happening... sort of reminds me of the bug, not so long ago, that would eat my potion cooldown and not give me any heal from the potion.
