I do like the new content, it's a neat concept to have the tiered accomplishment thing. But there's a couple things I can't really figure out.........

1. Why do I get 4300 xp for finishing the quests? I mean, really, what do I need that for, it's only open to 60s, right? We've already got all our xp, so why?

2. The gear that I can buy after days and days and days of effort is WORSE than the gear that I'm already wearing.

So thanks for the new content, glad I ran it once, but once again, guess I'm done with my lvl 60s.

    1. Because companions can still gain XP after you are capped and the level cap might not always be 60 so better to have the XP in now then have an area without XP when it could use it later.

    2. The best gear in the module is going to come from the dungeon and not what you buy from the vendors.

    1. The exp you gain is for your companions to level with...not you (as a level 60).

    2. Yes. That seems to be a common complaint about Module 1. The rewards are underwhelming. But then, the same was true when Gauntlgrym was released. It isn't popular because the underwhelming gear received isn't worth the time or effort (given that better rewards could be found/received while delving the epic dungeons).

The dungeon(s) in Mod 1 however, will have better gear (as all dungeons do). But they do not appear to be any better than that found in core dungeons. It's just different gear, not better gear.

They're not going to give the same gear for completing dailies as you get for completing epic dungeons. No game really does that.

The problem with gear at the moment is that it is flooded -- literally you can buy a BIS set (not enchants, but the gear) for a few hundred thousand ADs. That's the problem with gear. All other gear is pretty much worthless at the moment, and I'd expect daily gear to be the same.

There are some enchants in FW that are pretty good and I expect we will see some people wanting to use those, and the dungeon (which no-one has unlocked yet and won't for a few days) will give comparable loot to the current level 60 epic dungeons.
