Salvager NPC broken

Can't click on him. Others apparently have the same issue.

    You're not supposed to click him. You stand beside him and right click on the item to be salvaged to get the salvage option. That, however, doesn't work. Already reported.

    You have to talk to a guy next to Lord Neverember before you can get the salvager to work.
