Ok, I'm just trying to learn how this works. I've got several quests out that are part of a series. I've been trying to set them up as a campaign. When I put the quests in what is required for the campaign to show? I can't seem to get the campaign to show up under subscribed.
I've tried 2 ways so far. First I made duplicates of each quest. Set them up in a campaign. And got each of the three quests 5 reviews. Still couldn't find the campaign without the shortcode.
Then I tried removing the new quests from the campaign. Withdrawing them. Putting the old ones in the campaign. Still no luck.
What stats are required to get the campaign to show up in the subscribed lists?
It has to get so many plays before it will show. And when it does show, it won't count any previous plays on your quests before they were added to the campaign. I sincerely advise you not to put your quests in a campaign until they are all off the list anyway. The reason for this is that both of the quests in my campaign have higher adjusted ratings than the actual campaign itself. Basically, you get punished for making a campaign with this system.
Ugh... So no one can see the campaign, but I need people to play a quest they can't see... so it can be seen. Not what I wanted to hear. Thanks for letting me know though.
Anyone know exactly how many plays a campaign needs? I know quests need 5 reviews and 20 plays each to qualify for the daily by themselves. Does the campaign need 20 plays on each quest to show up?
Just trying to figure out how this works. I googled and searched the forum, but can't seem to find any info with relevant details.
It's all a load of bollocks. I published my 2nd part and added it to the campaign. My campaign and 1st quest vanished off of the new tab. Even though there are many on it with older quests than my first part.
It dose show in my handle. My featured quest that has nearly 25k plays and still getting 2k + a day with like 1 in 5, asking for a part two. It has no link to part two and people are still asking for it. Can't change it or anything. I shouldn't moan but I feel I have an even better 2nd quest that people are asking for but don't know about.
I have to admit that when I first started playing I tried some foundry quests and had the brain to press the more by this author button. It seems that many can't!
Anyway, you have a new quest? Got you on my sub list but haven't looked for a while.

Yes, tis all bollocks. You lose plays, adjusted rating points, and visibility on the list when you add your quests to a campaign. This really needs fixed. BTW - I never did see your review on the second quest in my campaign. I was looking forward to it.

I think this has changed, my adjusted rating has not been affected by part 2, in fact it has got a lot better as my part 2 is getting better ratings.

Sorry, not got round to it yet. Was playing for reviews since you re posted it. I'll take a look today if you like.

It depends on the number of plays you have to begin with I guess. See, my first quest had over 400 reviews, over 1000 plays, so its adjusted rating was pretty high. Of course, the adjusted rating on my campaign is lower than either one of the quests in it. Search my quests individually then compare their adjusted ratings to the campaign if you don't believe me.
No need to rush if you're busy. Just thought I'd remind you.
It's on my list of want to play rather than trade list. I know that's selfish but needs must. Hit daily last night and it's picking up nicely so I'll be going back to my want to play list now. Even that is getting smaller.
If you like a bit of Lore you should try my campaign. Touches on Thay, and I'm reading more every day. Really getting into the Lore. In fact it's better than the game. So I'm trying to recreate that a little. Had some good feedback.

If I ever play Foundry missions again, playing that will be my priority. I've been devoting most of my play-time to another MMO though to be honest.

Can I ask which? That survival one looks good only I'm not into Zombies. Age of Wushu is very pretty but lacking in game play, and I like pvp. Which is why Neverwinter fails for me. Love the foundry, I even like playing them but pve just doesn't do it for me and you have to pve on this game. So far I have gone from level 4-34 on a TR and 4-47 GF and I tried a mage first but only to 15. All in foundry
I hate to say it but unless they make pvp far better then I can't see me playing any longer than my interest in foundry. With ESO on the way... well
I play chivalry medieval warfare but it's limited. Great though!
