After it shows as claimed, you should be able to go to the vendor east of St. Knox and find the "reward" under one of the tabs. FYI , it's worthless. (some blue savage orc weapon, no upgrade for level 60 chars)
I did notice they had more stuff in the Marketplace. I've left the game due to the company greed. They've spent more time makeing "items" for Zen instead of any new content or classes. The "loot nightmare boxes now, last chance" post on the main page is another push for players to buy zen and spend more real $. I've realy tried to give this game a good long run, however, watching the game progress vs company greed has turned me away from Neverwinter.
I'm expecting to be disapointed with the Aug 22 expansion as well.

I agree that there is a huge focus on creating new zen shop items but it doesn't take anywhere close to the amount of resources that new content or classes does.

if it is, submit a support ticket and include your key in the description of the issue.
if it's not, i'd try re-entering the key. if the key is invalid, submit a ticket with the key in the description.
