Loading Screen - Server not responding

I'm experiencing some problems in the game while in the load screen, the game start patching something but a message appear on the screen telling me that the "server is not responding"; after a while i read in one topic that i was supposed to "disable the on-demand patching", then the launcher start downloading a new patch of 2.1gb which got stuck in 29mb, and simply doesn't download at all.

I downloaded a new Neverwinter.exe but simply didn't made any difference, downloaded a new game, already flushed the dns and still nothing.

So please if you can help i'll be thankfull.

    i have been having this same problem and i think i found something that works. Set the proxy server to whatever area is closest to you i did the us and it stopped the "server not responding" on the loading screen

    I set to proxy US and it fixed. Thanks Huntin.
