I believe this is a bug as it wasn't happening a week ago.
Knight's Valor activates and when the CD is reached the icon becomes active again but flashes around it's edges and cannot be re-activated.
If you drop another Encounter into that Slot (for reference my third slot, R) and active that Encounter, then switch back Knight's becomes available again. It appears to be random as to whether it bugs or not.
Anyone else seeing this ?

I had it happen to me last night in the middle of Epic SP final boss. It was working just fine then all of a sudden I couldn't activate it. I swapped KV for Bull Charge and it worked. Then when I tried to swap back to KV it still wouldn't work. I'm just curious as to whether or not there is a quick fix that I can do in the middle of a fight that does not require me to log out in the middle of a DD.
