When can we expect to sample Knight of the Feywild content on Preview?

I've bought the Knight of the Feywild pack and remember reading the following in the Neverwinter FAQ here.
I'm guessing that "early" is highly figurative? Presently, I have access to the Moon Elf race (labelled as "Sharandar Elf" during race selection) and the "Knight of the Feywild" forum title, but nothing else.
I wanted to ask when it would be possible for we whom pre-ordered to sample in advance more from the pack, namely the Sylph companion and the Dawn Unicorn. I've seen nothing thus far in your patch notes, and there's no Mail to that effect while in-game (unlike the Hero of the North pack) and no sign of anything KotF-related with the Reward Claim Agent NPC in Protector's Enclave over on the Mimic shard.
Can I access my items early, on NeverwinterPreview?
Yes! The content will be made available on Preview early, though note that the Character Slots, Astral Diamonds, and Adventurer's Packs will not be available until the Fury of the Feywild expansion is released.

I did receive the Dire Wolf and Armoured Horse from the other pack - not sure if that makes a difference.
The fact I can select the Moon Elf implies my purchase has gone through (plus the confirmation I received when I paid of course), so why not the rest?
Maybe the patch later this week will resolve at least some of these issues? Not the Forum Title, but perhaps some of the in game items?
They said the majority of the ingame stuff wasn't ready and we likely be getting it with the next major update to Mimic later this week.

The Moon Elf has be offically renamed from "Sharandar Elf" to "High Elf" now on race selection.
I actually have one more question for you... are you even trying this on the preview server or are you on the Live servers???? or Owlbear(as owlbear is for testing patches not related to feywild)... I ask because your forum has the "Knight of the Feywild" group title so it would/should show up unless your trying to make a moon elf on the Live servers... in which case you still have 2 days and 22 hours till you can make it on the Live servers.... and owlbear you will never be able to make it on as I'm pretty sure in 2 days 22 hours owlbear server will be removed completely.
Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with humanity.
On the preview I took my screenshot and I signed in again to preview I see it now but I dont get why I didnt see it before
