Hello I submitted a bug ticket last night. A VERY important issue has arisen with trade that caused me to lose my heavy Mystic Nightmare. And yet there has been no word back. This is extremely distressing and I need the help of a mod with this issue/resolution as If the (bug) is not fixed and people figure it out more then who have already figured it out then there will be issues arising more and more about scamming. I can put more details in a Private message or in game as I do not want to disclose the (bug) to the public. My friends and I tested this last night and it is confirmed to be an issue. Requesting assistance. Please.....

    Good luck with that.

    I know its a strech but something has to be done before it is more open. As more people will lose A LOT of items if it goes unheeded

    You will not get a personal response from submitting a Bug Report unless they require more information on the details of the bug.

    If you would like a response to an issue you must submit a support ticket and wait in queue. The response time can vary so please remain patient and they will get back to you.
    I am sorry but the forums are not a means to contact customer support.
