Probably heard people moaning about this before, but when are we getting new classes? This game has been more fun than I expected but we really need more classes and development on current classes. Any news?
Is that just one class (ranger)? Any news on multi-classing, I'm a little confused about this. This is based on 4th edition D&D and in 4th edition I think it's different.

It's believed that the new classes, "Archer Ranger", and, "Scourge Warlock", are being released at the same time. We'll just have to wait and see.

New to the game? Check out my build guide to give you an idea on how to set up your characters!
Why a new topic when there is the search function that would find a fairly recent topic which is probably only a page or two from the first page of the forum.

True, my bad. Will do next time.

Because we need a new topic about new classes every day.
During the livestream, they said that we should be getting some info about the next class in a month or two. Since you asked about multi-classing, they also said that there are no plans for multi-classing.

re: News about Multi-classing, not that I am aware (situation: unlikely - reasons to follow).
re: How it works in 4th - you basically took a number of feats that gave you benefits of the target class, and could (IIRC) let you swap powers (on a one-per-feat basis) for powers of the other class. At a minimum of feats, you could take that class as your Paragon Path instead of one for your class (swapping the empty Path slots out for things appropriate to that class).
Because of how convoluted and hard to balance that would be to translate to this game engine in specific, I don't forsee it happening in any way that would be satisfying to anyone with the sole exception being a major update way down the line. Way too much abuse potential, and Paragon Paths here work too different from how they do in 4e tabletop.

The next class...that's singular. Anyway you keep mentioning this livestream so I guess you're hinting I should take a look.

That seems fair. If they do the individual classes very well then it won't matter. I have been enjoying the Cleric so far I just want to see more paragon paths.

The live stream was 24 hours and some of the info was posted in chat and not said on the stream itself so it might be hard to find what you are looking for.
