  Running in compatibility mode (winxp sp3) I'm able to run the game.
  I don't know if this is intended.

  what is it with this new patch (2232MB)?
  
  I started downloading it then it froze at 71% ish. Killed teh launcher , reloaded it , and it let me enter the game, did a couple of instances , now i am back at trying to download the patch which now freezes way earlier 1418KB/2232MB
  
  And when ever the launcher let me bypass it and let me enter the game, I am stucked , chat is offline cant interact with any npc, where ever i go i get back to my initial position after a small delay (like 2 min)
  
  
  Going to give it a little more time before /uninstall
