Can't Access Preview Shard

giclopsgiclops Member Posts: 7 Arc User
Everytime I go to log in to the preview shard goes to one of the loading screens. Then it goes white and the program stops responding, but the program works just fine with the normal shard. Am I the only one with this problem? Is there a solution?

Thanks for the report. I think we've had some updates to try to help address that, please call out if it keeps happening.

    Hi All,

If you are finding the game in a non-responsive state for long periods of time, you can force it to send a crash dump using the CrypticError program.

I am working on two issues where the client will lock up in this state, and would like further information. I have made some code changes that should help diagnose one or both of these problems, hopefully by changing the lockup into an automatic crash, so that we can get reports without requiring you to manually force the crash dumps.

Please follow the instructions here if you find the game client locked up. Then, in the CrypticError app, please enter a brief description of what was happening when the game locked up, if you can reproduce the problem, and so on. Submit the crash dump and post the CrypticError ID in this thread.

    Thanks!
