I gathered a list of "Fixes" that I tried. I'm not sure if I can edit this post later. Most info are copy and pasted

Most of us Verizon Fios users know that there are known issues with our internet while playing Neverwinter.

"Perfect World,

Along with many other paying customers throughout Texas, my connection to the STO / CO servers is so terrible as to be completely unplayable throughout most of the day.

The problem is Cogent, specifically te9-4.ccr01.dfw03.atlas.cogentco.com, which is the first Cogent hop out of the D/FW metroplex (much of Central Texas routes through here, as well). This hop frequently suffers from bouts of severe packet loss, and consistently high latency, making it impossible for us to use the service we are PAYING for.

We have been trying to sort the problem out by having our ISPs contact Cogent. However, PWE/Cryptic are customers of Cogent, and are much more likely to get positive results than any of us. Please contact Cogent, have them do whatever is necessary to FIX this issue. The Tech forums here, for CO, and for STO, all have threads concerning this problem which are seemingly being ignored.

I realize that PWE/Cryptic may not have any direct control over the situation with Cogent, but you DO have a business arrangement with them. You also have an obligation to your PAYING customers to do whatever you can to remedy the situation, even if that means finding a more reputable bandwidth and/or co-location provider."

DarthPand16 Suggested:
-You can try running Options > Force Verify on the game launcher menu, let that complete and try

the game again.

-You can try disabling on-demand patching in Options on the game launcher and try the game again.

-Also try using the Cryptic Proxys in Options and see if that helps.

-Check to make sure the following ports are open and allowed through your firewall.
IPs: 208.95.184.0/22
TCP Ports: 80, 443, 7000-7500

*Power Cycle Modem- Restart the Router & Internet Modem:
    1. Shut down the computer.

    2. Switch off the modem followed by the router and also unplug their power cables.

    3. Wait for 30 seconds.

    4. Plug the power cords back into the modem and the router but don’t switch them on yet.

    5. First turn on your modem and wait for it to initialize(let the lights become stable).

    6. Then switch on the router and let the blinking lights stabilize.

    7. Now turn on your computer or your gaming console connected to the network. You should now be

    able to access the Internet.

(Please note that for power cycling, it’s important that you switch on the devices only in the

    specified order.)

***Some tweaks for Verizon Actiontec*** (Maybe possible for other modem/router)

    *OPT to Ethernet- http://www.dslreports.com/faq/15990

*Below are 2 options (or do both lol):

    Option 1. Advance Filtering http://treworld.com/thoughts/youtube-slow-verizon-fios-may-fix-it/

    Option 2.

-Click the Start button, type “cmd”, and right click the icon to ‘Run As Administrator’
You will likely see a UAC prompt, hit “Yes”

-The command prompt window will open, this is where you will type in the commands to set your

    -firewall rules
Enter the following command and hit Enter. If it works, you should see a big “OK”.
    COPY AND PASTE:

    netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE" dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes

    -HIT ENTER

-Rules can be easily removed too. Just get back into the command prompt in the same way and run

    this command, hit Enter again:

netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name="MITCHRIBARYTUBE"
