why can't people join a dungeon after a few bosses...

i really need to pull myself together right now to not let this post go under in a wave of swear words and capslock...
i've just spent 2 hours in the temple of the spider and wiped at the endboss countless times until the team left and only me (the tank) and the healer remained...
then we tried to get more people in to help with the boss BUT NO! nobody else can join the team when we are already at the endboss! what a great idea that is! 2 hours FOR NOTHING!!!
why cant you just let my guild pop in to help us if something like this happens?? why do you have to punish us even further after our team left??? 2 hours of time wasted and the dungeon delves chest is sitting across the room laughing at me. i would really like to know what went through the developers heads when they thought that this was a good idea...

Player1: "Hey look, our guildie is here. Good timing that he is here after we reached last boss with these pugs"

Player2: "yah , lets kick one of them and replace him with our guildie, he is our pal after all!"

    *Random1 player has been kicked*
    *Guildie has joined your party*

Tell everyone in the party to walk out the front door, leave instance then walk back in (not using the queue) anyone can join at anytime then.

What if.. You could ONLY kick a member of a party and replace them with a new player, if that player was disconnected. So if the player was online they still could be kicked from the party but you couldn't invite a new player to join. It would lock it out. This would prevent players from doing what you hypothesized.

So the ONLY way you could get a new member to the party is if a party member has left on their own volition or if they were disconnected and the party leader kicks them from the group.

    *At the last boss*
Player1:"Kick him fast! he is re-logging for DD"
Player2:*Ok, lets do this and invite our guildie!"

*Random 1 has been kicked from the party*
    *Guildie has joined your party*

and i could go on and on about this.

guild premades with one random are pretty rare... and even rarer are guilds that are full of HAMSTER

There are some nice guilds out there, but most are filled with those that don't mind being not so nice.
