Farming enchantments?

Hey everyone!

So after playing since the game had its official 'go live' date, I have finally gotten my first rank 7 enchantment through farming and a bit of AD. The recent Call to Arms event really helped with things as the loot that was dropped didn't have to be split 5 ways by rolls.

Does anyone have any good hints on how to decrease the time for farming enchantments- where to go and whom to target? Up until the event it seemed to go glacially slow for me. I'd like to see if I can get a few more of these before the decade ends.

Dunno if anyone wants to part with such 'trade secrets', but I'd be very appreciative...

Thanks!
Evan

    Step 1: Create a GWF.
Step 2: Farm the Mindflayers Drows in Whispering Caverns

foundries are an extremely easy way to get some enchantments. couple runs of that and youll have a couple rank 4s of any kind

I agree. Once you find a good couple of farming foundries, they are a great way to stockpile that kind of stuff.

Yep, foundries are definitely the best place to farm enchants.

Elite mobs seem to have a better drop rate for enchantments than regular mobs.

I usually run A Fateful Encounter on the hardest setting for enchants.

Done this, but end of the day, it is much cheaper and easier to buy it in AH. Do Epic Dungeon and Sell Boss loot >>> buy enchantment in AH.

Find the solo quest dungeon instance with a multitude of bots cycling through it. Load up on profession kits and follow suit.
