am i cursed or something?

heres something i dont understand at all...
the first guild i joined was delzoun explorers and when i was doing gauntlgrym we almost always lost iron tabernacle...
but now i joined a different guild and it happens to be luskan corsairs and heres the same thing happening...
how can this be? am i missing something?

    It's because that different guild has a different faction......

    i didnt switch the guild because i lost in gauntl :P i just dont understand it
