How am I suppose to use the Tower of Alteration?

So decided to grab a token and use the Tower of Alteration. I talk to the NPC and this is what my screen looked like.

I cant even see my whole character. I can't move the model or zoom out any further. How do I fix this?

    I have had this bug with two of my characters when creating them- their appearances were mostly a surprise to me. I would be curious to know what's going on.

    Click on customize it should go to the right preview at that point.

    It seems they forgot to add the "Buy a full character view token" to the bottom of the page.
    TL : DR? Then don't waste my time responding.

    Put it in windowed mode and it will work

    Hey realbo, can you tell me what fullscreen resolution you're running and if you've changed the UI scale to anything but 1.0 in the options menu? I'll take a look at it when I'm back in the office. Thanks

    I cant see my character at all except for the orb.

    This happens if you change the default field of view. No problem, you are welcome.
