New way of obtaining Uncommon Asset(people)

I was just powerleveling weaponsmithing on test shard, my 2 of my rank 2 people turned into a uncommon blacksmith. I'm not sure if this rare effect happens on the live shard or not. Upgrading from from rank 2 to rank 3 having a chance of it becoming uncommon.

    Are you sure you didn't open a profession pack or anything? I haven't heard anyone else report this happening...

    are you lvl 26?
    if youre lower than 26 then you might have got it from quest reward (profession pack)

    It happened to me when I was testing alchemy on the preview server. Probably just a bug.

    There may be less limitations on the preview server, to let people test more features.
    English is not my first language.

    No Its a Mimic Character, I'm Level 60 I was speeding up Weapon Smithing by wasting 5 mil on it and when i was doing the lvl 13 upgrading grinder to assistant weaponsmith, it only consumed 2 grinders and gave me a uncommon weaponsmith.
