New/old player wondering what has changed?

Hello everyone,
I have been gone a while from this game, I played just the tutorial when the game first came out but due to a mixture of reasons I haven't continued to play but what I saw I liked.
So a few questions I like answered since I am considering coming back.
(1) Does the game have a account bank similar to "Star Trek - Online"?
(2) Do NPC react to your character race/class?
(3) Does the game have a alignment system (remember been a while for me so can't remember)?
(4) If a alignment is in the game how does it affect the game.
These are the main things that has popped into mind if there is any new features that have appeared in game since release that you think I would be interested in please list below.:cool:

2- Yes, you get a few different quests at difference zones depending on your race. But no citizens wont run away from you because you're a drow.
3-Not evil/good, But currently something of the kind is implemented guildwise.
4- Not much, mostly determines your teamates for the "20 vs 20 PVP".

(1). No shared bank account between characters on the same account. You can use the mail system to send items to other characters on the same shard though.
(2). Yes, there are race and class specific quests in the game.
(3) & (4). Yes, but it is only for the guild you join for the 20v20 faction content.

The game still has a number of bugs, with patches coming out regularly. A number of new items have been released in the Zen shop. An expansion covering Gauntylgrim has been released.
let me correct him:
1) Yes, 16 slots - You can make it bigger.
2) Some NPCs have special quests for certain races/classes
3) Yes at level 60

Quick question does augument companions get new appearances like normal combat companions?
