Launcher Issue

Game was perfectly working for me a few hours ago. When I tried logging back again and ran the Neverwinter launcher...its not responding. Already tried downloading a new launcher still not working.

Also tried running the gameclient app in the live folder..loads up and when asked to sign in and login gives me a message unable to connect to server timed out message.

    Are you an east coast Verizon user? The problem seems to be centered there (I'm getting the same thing).

    i heard it might be a verizon issue. but i am on cable on the east coast. sometimes it takes 15- 20 tries for the launcher to populate to login, mostly get loading please wait as above. even switching between normal and admin doesn't help sometimes.

    i have exactly the same issue and i'm outside the US.

    Same problem, I'm in Texas. I fail to see how this is a Verizon problem it is Cryptic's software that is not working. This is getting old (3rd time this week).
