Foundry Editor & Mounts

Perhaps I'm the only one but for the longest time I've been running around the editor without a mount. I thought I had to buy one on a Neverwinter Adventure map (PE). Someone told me they just specced and got a quest for it at 31. I tried that and it did not work. I then went down to lvl 21. There was no quest but a mount in my inventory. I then respecced back up to 31 after equipping the mount and it's gone.

I'm fairly happy with the editor but I must say this is an idiotic oversight.

What has been others' experiences?

I never test combat in the foundry preview mode, other than CTRL SPACE to kill them. So I never respec my foundry guy. I do of course test my quest live many times. Anyway, so I have never lost my Foundry previews pony :) (I went and claimed my spider in PE)

I either have a mount or the ability to spec my character (and use spells). Thought it may be handier to buy a mount in Foundry, myself.
But, like crok2, I also rather test combat live.

I would have to say my biggest complaint is the lack of ability to customize (race/appearance) my test character. Mostly because I want to make sure various objects are reachable to all races and all access points can be entered by all races. Since I make custom buildings... it is kind of a bad thing if a half orc is unable to fit through a hallway because the ceiling is too low.

The ability to adjust the size of objects would be nice also. Hehe.
