Shadow Strike, is it worth 3 points or a 1 point wonder?

Hi, I have a question to you experienced TR's out there.

Is Shadow Strike worth leveling past 1 or will it shine at 3 points? The base damage seems to be terrible and I wonder if the +2 points damage scale would be significant.

Edit: Also is it me, or does Path of the Blade really not crit? =)

    If you use it all the time in pvp like I do and you have points you otherwise do not need then there is absolutely no reason not to put the other two points in it.

    Path of Blades does not crit.

    If the purpose is only the refill .. I see no sense in putting more than one point also. 'm Not experienced, but that's what I think.

    I once killed a stealthed rogue with my shadow strike. He was low on hp and I aimed at a CW further away, and the rogue just got his movement incredibly unlucky so he appeared in front of me (I was in stealth as well) the second I hit the skill. Doubt that would have happened without the additional 2 points..

    ^true story, but in real, I don't think it's needed IF you really need the 2 points somewhere else.

    Shadow Strike has crit for over 4k on multiple occasions for me and I've killed a good amount of people with it.

    If you need the points in other skills, then it's not worth putting more than 1 point into SS. But if you have nothing else to spend it on, then there's no reason not to put 3 points into SS.

    1 Point is enough, having 2 pts additional only increases its damage by 20%, as TR with 12k+ GS and 5500 power, its based damage for me is 1200 at 1 pt means only an increase of about 300 damage if you add 2 points more. Shadow Strike is only useful for Bosses so you can stay longer on stealth and for running purposes of course. As a TR its always your job to run on Campfires especially on CN where you'll need more stealth.

    And No Path of blades does not crit nor apply Weapon Enchantments debuffs or effects

    1 point wonder. I never use it except for running in CN.
