How long do online Zen purchases usually take?

My first-time online Zen purchase has been in the "Reviewing" stage for almost 24 hours now... is this normal?

I wouldn't think much of it but I got like 7 separate (identical) emails confirming my purchase about 20 mins apart each, seemed kind of odd.

    You have to transfer your Zen to this game.

    Go to the Perfect World site and access your wallet. From there you can transfer the Zen to Neverwinter. This happened to me, too :)

    Well, I bought some ZEN yesterday, but I'm unable to transfer the ZEN to Neverwinter.

    It always fails with the following message : "There was an error transferring your ZEN. Please try again."

    Anyone else had this problem? Already submitted a ticket, and made a post on the tech support forum.
    I was able to transfer ZEN to WOI, so the problem is not the ZEN, but something at their end :(

    I really wanna buy an epic mount now when they're discounted

    I am having the same problem. Normally it only takes a couple minutes for the purchase to go through the review/approval stage. I'm at 16 hours now though. Once it shows approved you will be able to do the transfer.

    It would be nice for them to get around to giving me the zen before the sale is over.

    I am kind of having the same issue. My billing completed almost instantly but every time I go to transfer my zen to never winter it says there was an error try again.

    Yehp having the same issue, trying to transfer ZEN to NW and its just not going, tried a few things but everyone seems to be having this issue :s

    For me, it varies between "instant" and "quite a few hours", depending on how well it works. I think PWE's back end stuff sometimes gets a bit snowed under. The last time that it took a really long time, a ticket actually seemed to help (stop laughing).

    Guys i transferred the Zen to neverwinter. But when you transfer the Zen does the Neverwinter Server show up as "Neverwinter" for you aswell?

    Neverwinter is the only server for neverwinter.
    The shards are layers on the same server.

    wow this started almost a year ago and this is still a problem. lol. Ive been waiting a couple of hours for mine to go through.

    1. Please don't necro old threads. If more than 30 days have passed, please start a new thread.

    2. If this is your first purchase, as a security measure, it may take up to 24 hours for your ZEN purchase to complete. It isn't an "issue that needs to be fixed", it's something that is in place to protect both the payment processors and the customers alike. If it is not your first purchase, bear in mind that processing can still take some time, however, the pre-authorization hold has already been placed on your account. This is something that is done by your financial institution--not PWE. This is why you would see the money showing up as deducted before your ZEN purchase has actually completed.

    If more than 48 hours have elapsed, please contact support for assistance with your matter. Billing issues are not handled over the forums for security reasons.
