Horrible performance

I'm not sure what you guys changed, but the game has become utterly unplayable in it's current form. Since last week's patch, and after today's patch it got even worse, the in-game performance is total garbage. No matter where I am or what I am doing, my FPS is in the single digits at all times. It gets even worse in combat. In a fight, the fps is so terrible I've been dead for 30 seconds before the game even registers the first hit. This isn't even including the lag, stutter, rubber-banding, and freezing.

Before the obvious "dude, it's your system", I know for a fact it is not. I regularly play games with far higher tech requirements than this one without any issue at all. I've tried every troubleshooting tip I can find and nothing works. I set all of my in-game settings as low as I could to try to improve performance, and no dice. All I've managed to do is put the settings down so low that the game looks like an old 8-bit Nintendo game, and the performance still sucks. Nothing I do, have done, or can think of to do, does any good at all. The game is unplayable right now. It's never been this bad before. I might have had a few issues in a dungeon or skirmish with all the effects flying around, but never like this.

I don't know if you guys broke something in the last couple of patches. I don't know how widespread this is. I don't know how many other people have the same issues as I am having right now. All I can speak of is my own issue, and that issue is that the game is broken, non-functional, and unplayable. Until you fix your game, I will no longer play it. It's too bad, really, because I honestly enjoy the game itself, I simply refuse to try to play it until you fix it. If you never fix it, if you want to insist that it has to be a problem on my end, if you refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem, fine. That is your right. Just know that it has cost you a player and will likely cost you many more.

Completely agree with OP..the game is just recent..today in fact .unplayable...just gave up

Thank you OP ! i Especially liked the part where you said: '' Before the obvious "dude, it's your system", I know for a fact it is not '' that is exactly the answer i get everywhere and everytime and my system is more than capable for this game. I really hope they will do something about this i'm getting so sick and tired of not being able to turn my camera ingame without getting 3-5 second freezes (One time i had a 20 second one YES 20 SECONDS?) And i am not kidding when i am saying EVERYTIME i turn my camera because it is everytime. I finally got to level 60 with my first character but i am unable to experience Gauntlgrym because of this or any other dungeon and Protector's Enclave is the worst having 9-20 fps and screen freezing every second is unplayable

And they there are plenty of people who dont have problems with the game. Does that mean our superior systems are overcoming the defects in the game servers?

YES! i really do like this game and i know i dont have a <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> pcs or bad wifi so it has to be the game, this game heats my laptop bad, rubberbanding is making me want to pull my hair out and the lag is just ugh.. I got on today to try and make a few levels and i just lagged the whole time and it seemed it was about 10 second delays on the commands.. -.- No offense but how does a game supported by perfect world have this happen x.x, please fix it.. this is one of the few MMO i get enjoyment out of now days..

Im still mad that i finally got my stalwart set and equipping it broke it and my grand regents 4piece bonus. Theyve said theyre looking into it, but im a little worriedabout the fact that a bug of this severity isnt fixed in a day or two. I really enjoy this game but with the issues the company has with Cs, fixing issues, and all the bugs i worry about it. I know all games have iszues early on, i just base the company more on how they handle problems over the problems themselfs and so far im not impressed. I really hope they pick it up though, cuz i REALLY want this game to succeed. It has the bezt com at and mechanics in any mmo in a long time, but if the game isnt supported well i worry.

Just want to say i know its not on your end because these types of problems have been reoccuring.
