Achievement rewards?

Question about the achievement rewards. Which character in my account will get the titles/cloak/imp/bear/stones? because i noticed that all characters in same account share achievements does that mean all my characters in account will get rewards or if there is only one reward is it bound can i trade within the account or to other players?

all chars in that account will get the reward (its bound to that char.) even you author char will get the rewards. so far i unlocked two capes and when i log onto any char in my account he is updated with the achievs and the item shows up in his bag.

All your characters will get these rewards. Including your "Author" test character. I enjoy having him run around wearing the Foundry reward cape.
