We need a summonable Merchant...

STO has its Merchant Freighter who you can summon (with a cooldown time of 2 hours) thought you can only use them when you're not inside a mission zone.

I figure we need something like that, especially for very long dungeon delves and foundry quests and we find ourselves overburdened with loot. It could be some astral plane merchant... or maybe a friendly Elemental who wants to make a profit, etc...

You know... just a basic merchant you can sell loot to for gold and then use for potion/kit resupply when you just can't leave a dungeon.

But I'm pretty sure to get one in this game you'd have to pay in either AD or Zen instead of gaining one in a mission as is done in STO...

They should implement it with ZEN, but have a week where the summon scroll/orb/stone would drop for free similar to the Gift of Tymora event. That way they make money in the long run but people right now wouldn't get mad how you have to pay to get it.

Pocket Plane and Cespenar(now as a merchant as well as imp butler). That is all.

You can call up the Auction Broker at any time and post any loot you have to the AH. Handy if your inventory is full.

Perhaps we can have a Postman like in Zelda which delivers your purchases from AH, now that would be cool

Some longer dungeons have merchants in them.

Already implemented - in a way - on the preview server.

    EG:
Gateway now allows you to vendor items.

So you can alt tab and pull up your browser at any moment and vendor your loot next update.
    Enjoy.

I need a summonable mailbox more. Protector's Enclave shouldn't be the only place with mailboxes.

I think ive gotta DISAGREE with all of these convenience wants...

All they do is take more away from the game, why does everything have to be so instant for some of you?
Inventory full? well it makes you decide whats worth keeping an whats not, but no you want to summon a merchant.. teaching you nothing about value..

May of these things while great for convenience are massive subtractors from a game, mailbox everywhere? why bother going to PE.. merchants everywhere.. why bother this or that..

It just takes elements away from the game that are meant to be in an MMO.,.

There is nothing wrong with having mailboxes near entrance to every instance. Because if main Post Office is in Protector's Enclave why all mailboxes are in Protector's Enclave?

Other games I played allowed you to buy items that gave you the ability to access the merchant , the bank and the mailbox (meaning full access and not the limited access we have atm unless standing next to one)

I like this idea. Too many times have I run out of inventory space in the middle of the dungeon run.

what DD that took so long? all DD have shortcut and bugged and can be done by 15-30minutes. :D

And if you running out of pot/kit you can always relogin then exit trough door to buy some and return again by clicking "return to instance". If DD event is over, and you afraid of losing chest if you relogin, you can always use "Help>Report Stuck>Abort Mission" and you will return to city, buy some pot/kit and return. you will not lose your DD event chest with this way. :D

very broken mechanic isnt it? :D

It'd be cute if you had an item that called over a friendly mimic. You'd "feed" him items you didn't want (or gold) and he'd give you gold or items you did want... basically just a portable vendor, but a lot cuter. ;)

LOL! yeah a mimic chest to act like a bank too and even maybe a mimic mailbox ( and yeah I'm aware it probably doesn't exist in the D&D world but its never going to happen anyways so theres nothing wrong with dreaming ) xD

This would make a GREAT cash shop item, pay for convenience just like it should be, unfortunately knowing PWEs price models it would be $30-$40 for 1 character to get it....

Maybe someone on the Forum with the real life skill in Tailoring will have a go at that... :)

Even worse... it could be a companion that only offers services, mailing at first then the others as it gains rank. And it would be a Purple quality companion who only offers the Potion/Kit/Profession Resource/Asset selling services at Max level (with Mail for the first 15 levels, then the AH for the next 14) and will not help in any other way (not even combat where enemies will totally ignore it).

    Now that's cruel...

What do you think the bags in the zen store are for? Its a F2P game get with the program and shell out the cash for more bag space
