ok posted on support and nothing

ok ive uninstalled and reinstalled neverwinter online

I sign in username,pw
click play and then the black screen with white name cryptic and then that's it!
stops responding
even on game that was uninstalled.
no firewalls and none of the antiviruses are blocking it
ive disabled the on-demand option

still not able to get in game.
I was able to play just yesterday!
tired of this bs preschool programmers just inserting patches with out triple verifying they work!

    this is not my issue
    cryptic normally has a scroll bar at bttm that updates and its not.

    all I get is a black screen and cryptic on it then it times out

    i'm kind of having the same problem. After clicking on the Neverwinter Shortcut, all i get is a white page saying Loading, Please wait. After 15 sec or so, it becomes completely white and internet explorer launches with this URL:

    res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm

    try this

    start > run > cmd
    netsh winsock reset
    reboot
    relaunch NWO

    No go still same problem. Are the Login servers up ?

    cant get in either, since yesterday. Tried all the so called "fixes" game is broke.
