swash/pvp set bugged and insane LAG.

Seriously, what's happening to this game? LOL Sets are bugged and can't even play because of LAG/Rubberbanding. It all started after that latest patch.

    Been having major lag and rubberbanding in all my PvP sessions today also, everytime I try to hit someone everything freezes, rest of the game plays fine though.
