Utility slot broken when slotting in enchantments.

Slotting in an enchantment besides the dark enchantment into a utility slot is currently not providing the bonus. Dark enchantments are working fine when slotted into utility slot, but the rest aren't, though I didn't test savage.

    Can confirm that this is true, just got new boots,gloves, and helm. put in exp chants, and no bonus! reequipped my old armor and it shows the right exp bonus but new armor is at 0! they all have the same level 4 azure chants new and old.

    Confirmed, not receiving xp bonus in helm after new azure enchant.
