4-piece PvP set bonus not working? Or am I reading it wrong?

"You gain Divine Power 25% faster."

I have interpreted this as an extra 25% divine power gain. But upon testing on the target dummies, I gain the excact same amount of DP with or without the 4 pieces equipped.

Have I been misunderstanding the tooltip, or is it bugged?

    A lot of Set 2 and Set 4 bonuses don't work on every class' gear sets, not just Clerics.

    Cryptic messed something up big-time with the previous patch (7/31). This needs to be fixed asap.

    I just read the 4 set bonus for Miracle Healer T2 and says: +179 recov

    Isn't it supposed to be +450 recovery? WTF?

    The tooltips scale with your level, which is rather silly since you can't equip it until level 60.

    You're right, i realized that i checked it out with my lvl 31 rogue.
