Cloak sound bug

I have no idea where to post bugs on the forums ive made this bug report 2 times already and i dont know if anyone else has it.

So i was levelling my half elf rogue and in the tower rush skirmish got Maelstrom Cloak. When i equipped the cloak it the voice of my character changed and he started growling in a weird way (sounds kinda like a gnoll i dunno) when i attacked or jumped instead of the normal voice. I dont know why or how this happened but when i got Cloak of the Ashmadai the problem persisted. This does not seem to occur if any non cloak neck items such as necklaces are equipped. It also does not occur if the visuals for the cloak are disabled.

Yes it is a minor bug but its also **** annoying and breaks immersion. Maybe its a problem with my own game files i dunno but plz fix this i really want to run around wearing cloaks even though the clipping is ridiculous on horseback T_T.

    that sound is not a bug dude its a specialty of the cloak its supposed to sound like a demon (not like a gnoll) but idk man either yah love it or yah hate it XD I dig it
