Underhanded tactics

hey all,

thinking about redoing my feats. Regarding underhanded tactics. I originally took this one and sacrificed critical teamwork for it. Reading around it seems like most executioners don't take underhanded tactics anymore. Can anyone explain exactly what the 20% increase in effectiveness does? Should I use the five points elsewhere?

    It gives a bonus 20% of your bonus's bonus... so much less than 20%+ dmg
