I just ran through Tired of being the Hero for the second time.
I'm trying to make a list of foundry quests that stand out. In the main game you just go kill stuff. I like being tricked and surprised and given a chance to be ... less.. then nice. Helping slave traders, being an assassin. It is all good stuff. So what foundry quests do you people think were the most evil or gave you the most choices and coolest surprises?
So far for me the foundry quests keep neverwinter interesting. I can only kill orcs for so many hours. Well, at least the npc's tell you that you made a difference, but ti doesn't usually feel like it. You'd think with the way they give you you're own instance that more things would change/blow up etc.

What I would like to see is the ability to play the MOBs in your own foundry. Imagine getting a message, someone has entered your foundry quest, would you like to enter now? From there, you can active play your mobs and give the users a real experience.
There is one called, something like "So You Don't Want To Be The Hero Any More". It's one of the most popular and highest rated. I've played through it myself a few times and it is rather fun.
'Wen considered the nature of time and understood that the universe is, instant by instant, recreated anew. Therefore, he understood, there is in truth no past, only a memory of the past. Blink your eyes, and the world you see next did not exist when you closed them. Therefore, he said, the only appropriate state of the mind is surprise. The only appropriate state of the heart is joy. The sky you see now, you have never seen before. The perfect moment is now. Be glad of it.' Terry Pratchet The Thief Of Time
The one where you pushed that mage off the cliff into the lava.
That is the "Tired of being the Hero" one that was mentioned in the OP.
To OP:
The problem with your question is that most of the foundry missions are not designed for you to play evil. Typically you are the hero, so you may not get many responses. That is really the only one that I know that is specifically designed for you to be evil, even though it is done a bit tongue-in-cheek. There may be more that are buried in there somewhere, but I have not seen them yet.
"Nightmare on Market Street" is a quirky, short little story that I like. You don't get to necessarily play as evil, but you have the dialogue options to be sarcastic and mocking.
fateful encounter. (i think the name is) and theres a 2nd follow up too.
thats the only evil foundry you can do that is more serious/roleplay. but its not just evil you can choose to be good too just like any RPG. And its pretty awesome,
