The only time I rubberband is when I alt-tab to skip a song in spotify. When I tab back it rubberbands for a second then everything is normal.

The problem is the zone cap. It needs to be reduced down to 100, from 150. When I start to rubber band, I just switch to the lowest populated instance I can find and the problem goes away.

That is what i keep saying 150 people for one instance is 150 too many i think the cap should be 75 That is about as many in sto.

And what about the lag spikes in dungeons... it used to be smooth for a month... then "patch" happened, kept lagging for a week then two days ok and now 5th day still can't run dungeons :c.

It can be an issue in protectors enclave. Just change the channel and it is fine.

changing zone wont fix it even at 1 player dungeon you will still lag (screen freezes)
its worse than delay (delay doesnt freezes your game just late response)

happened to me after patch before it was very smooth even if the zone im in has max population
