For the GWF - When we get the 2x +1 Stat bumps, where do you put them and why?
I know Strength always get a +1 but I can not decide which is the better stat for the second +1, DEX or CON.
CON gives the GWF more health and AP. While DEX gives more Crit.
At moment I'm leaning towards putting that second +1 stat bump into CON but from some of the older threads and the builds I've read suggest DEX is more import.
Dex. I tried stacking Con first time around, found it pointless for my build. Go Dex. It's class D & D for a fighter class.

This is how i look at it. Im going to do alot of pvp with this guy and some pve so i figured that i would go with starting roles of 16str 16con 16 dex. to start out with. that gives me 6% crit 6% ArP and 6% bonus damage. i figure 2 free ability scores to everything which will bring everything to 18 18 18. at that point i will go 2 points in to dex for 10% crit total and rest the points in to Con and STR. since most of the necks/rings in the game have power/crit/recovery on them it will be easy to get the crit rating i need. Where ArP is a little harder to find. Also ArP gems are double what crit gems are.
Constitution gives Armor Penetration (well, Resistances Ignored, but same thing). If we're talking PvE, the hardest bosses' resistances can be bypassed at 24% armor penetration, so if you look at you Armor Penetration stat and add that together with the Resistances Ignored % in your Constitution stat, if they add up to or at least close to 24%, then you're all good for PvE. Also Con's HP boost is nice but it's not the most critical thing in the world, as long as you have a decent enough HP buffer, then any more is just bonus points. (Unless of course we're talking about a PvP Tenebourus build, in which case HP stack away).
While the crit stat rating has a diminishing return slope, any hard points gained from Dex is not affected by it. One point above 10 is 1%. Because of that, and the fact there's no real hard cap of usefulness with crit, unlike Armor Pen, I went leveling up Dex. Sure, crit's value does lessen the higher you go, but it's a diminishing return vs "well you hit 24% armor pen, anything over that doesn't really do anything to this boss". Also I find Dex's defensive bonuses to be pretty good. Can't complain about more deflection. And the AOE damage resist is actually pretty decent when you figure that a lot of times as a GWF, since the Guardian Fighter is tanking the mobs, most of the attacks that can hit you are gonna be AOE attacks.
